2003-2009 GX470 Heim Pivot 2-Inch Expedition Series Long Travel Kit
The Expedition Series +2" Long Travel Kit enhances off-road performance by increasing track width by 2" per side and delivering 11.5" of wheel travel with 4WD. The extended 4130 chromoly upper and lower control arms bolt to factory mounting locations for a straightforward installation and provide 2" more ground clearance than the Standard Series kit.
The upper and lower control arms feature 1" uniballs housed in billet CNC-machined cups for superior articulation, strength, and corrosion resistance. Fully adjustable heim pivot upper control arms allow for fine-tuning caster and camber for race applications and ship pre-set to factory length. The lower arms are fully boxed and internally gusseted, with dual shock tabs for adding a TC-specific external bypass shock, maximizing performance tunability. Integrated steering stop tabs retain the factory turning angle.
This kit includes limit strap clevises to properly manage droop travel and DOT-approved stainless steel braided brake lines. TC custom 4340 extended axles, sold separately, are required to retain 4WD functionality by reusing factory CV joints.
