How It Works:

Simply add Shipping Protection to your cart before checking out. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up at all, contact our team as soon as possible, and we'll open a claim on your behalf.

Important Notice Regarding Package Theft:

Shipping Protection covers losses and damage that occur while your package is in the carrier's custody. Once the carrier has marked your order as delivered and captured a verified photo or signature at your delivery address, the shipment is considered successfully completed and is no longer covered under this protection. If you live in an area prone to package theft, consider using a secure delivery location or retrieving your package promptly after receiving a delivery notification.
